Grave Digger on the Racing Track

The first chassis of the famous Monster Truck – Grave Digger was a red Ford pickup truck from 1952 that was later replaced by a silver-blue Ford panel truck in 1951 and was powered by a Chevrolet engine.

Since then Dennis Anderson was not shy and like to have just one competition with the phrase “I’ll take this old junk and dig you a grave.” and cheering his words into deeds, had he had gone too fast for the name of his “junk” – Grave Digger

Switching to the Monster Trucks, we owe a happy coincidence. Should be at a show at the Monster Trucks and Mud Bogger participate, the announcement appeared a monster truck does not. Everything starts when 1981 when Bob asked his friend- a farmer to place two old cars in his field, so that Bob Chandler could videotape himself crushing the cars with Bigfoot Monster truck as a joke. Bob start promoting this video in his store, and one day a guy from Missouri promoting a motorsports there likes the video and ask Bob Chandler to make the same the stunt in front of a crowd.
